It may sound strange and unbelievable, but an Anganwadi servant in the district had become the mother of three children before marriage. The extent was reached when the educational certificate of that servant and the educational certificate of her daughter were matched, and the difference between the two was found to be only 11 years and 8 months. Meaning that she had become a virgin mother at the age of about 12 years.
The matter is related to the forgery in the selection of Neetu Kumari, servant of Anganwadi center number 252 Sabaizor under the foot village panchayat of Jhajha block. It is pertinent to mention here that the Anganwadi maid was married in the year 2006 as per the certificate of abandonment issued by the chief. In 2012, she was abandoned by her husband Kapil Dev Prasad Varnwal.
It is a matter of fact that in the year 2013, the certificate of Madhyama examination from the Sanskrit Board of Education was received by husband Kapil Dev Prasad Varnwal and the name of Kapil Dev Varnwal as husband of servant Neetu is mentioned in the 2015 voter list.

The merit list was published two times
Two times the merit list was published for Anganwadi Sevika Selection. Vibha Devi husband Lallan Kumar's name was recorded on the first number in the merit list published for the first time, while Neetu's name was recorded in the first place after attaching the certificate of abandonment for the second time. The then CDPO Devmuni is also under suspicion in the issue of merit list twice.
This matter is not in my knowledge. However, the DPO ICDS has been instructed to expedite the hearing of all pending cases. A case will be registered against the people concerned if a case of forgery is proved.
