Clueless and heartbroken after her son's death, a woman decided to end her life by jumping in front of a train. The deceased had taken her son to a hospital on Saturday when the doctors declared him dead. The woman lost her son to thalassemia and decided to commit suicide soon after she received the news.
The woman allegedly committed suicide with the dead body of her son. The deceased jumped in front of a train with the dead body of her son after she learned that he had passed away due to thalassemia. The deceased called her husband told him about the news and asked him not to search for her as well.
The husband of the deceased works with a cotton company in Palda and the couple had come to Indore a year ago in search of work. The son was suffering from thalassemia and had to be transfused with blood every 15 days. Since he was not well the night before and had been vomiting, his wife took him to the hospital the next morning.
After the wife received the news, she called her husband's employer. When the husband called back, she asked him to come back because the son's condition was deteriorating. The husband received another call from his brother-in-law stating that their son had passed away and that his wife was very disturbed.
Married for over 10 years, Rupendra was the only child of the couple. The deceased jumped in front of a train with the dead body of her son after conversing with her husband on the phone. The police contacted the woman's brother after they found a phone near the dead bodies. After being informed, the brother and the husband of the woman reached the spot.
