Facebook-owned messenger app WhatsApp is constantly trying to give new features to its users. Messenger WhatsApp has been testing a new ‘Expiring Message’ feature for the last few months. The facts related to this new feature were first revealed in March this year. This feature will give users such a facility that after the predetermined time, the media sent with the message such as pictures, videos and GIF images, etc. will be automatically deleted.
New Expiring Media Feature
According to a recent WABetaInfo report, WhatsApp has just released the 220.127.116.11 beta version on Android and the latest release includes the facts about the new expiring media feature. Like the expiring message feature, this feature will allow users to send expiring media (pictures, videos, and GIFs) that will disappear automatically after the recipient leaves the chat. But the special thing is that after the media has gone missing automatically (according to the timer), messages like ‘This media is expired’ will not come on the screen. The expiring media will appear in a different way during the chat so that you can easily understand that the media is going to end soon.
WhatsApp will run on Multiple Devices Simultaneously
This feature allows users to use the same WhatsApp account on four different devices at the same time. You can control WhatsApp from the main device to other devices. Users of the beta version will be able to use it. After some time, it will also be launched for common users. According to WhatsApp tracker WABetaInfo, the company has been working on its multiple-device support feature for some time. The feature will soon be available on the beta version of the instant messaging platform.
