In West Bengal, the leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party are not taking the name of the strike. Now the latest case is the attack on the house of Locket Chatterjee, president of Bharatiya Janata Party's Women's Front in West Bengal. Bhartiya Janta Party has also given a ticket to Locket Chatterjee from the West Bengal's Hooghly Lok Sabha constituency.

Locket Chatterjee has blamed the Trinamool Congress for this attack. He tweeted, "On Thursday afternoon, the attackers of Trinamool Congress (TMC) attacked my house in Hooghly. They are upset because the support is given to the Bharatiya Janata Party. I can not stop anybody from supporting BJP. Even cowardly attacks can not stop me from it. I will campaign a lot in the coming days. '

The fifth phase of the Hooghly Lok Sabha seat is to be held on May 6. After this, the results of the elections will be announced on May 23. Prior to this, Trinamool Congress doctor Dr Ratna De had won from the Hooghly seat in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. He had beaten his opponent and Pradip Saha of CPM.

In the last Lok Sabha elections, Dr Ratna De got 6 lakh 14 thousand 312 votes while CPM Pradeep Saha had to satisfy 4 lakh 25 thousand 228 votes. In the 2014 elections, a total of 82.88 per cent voting was registered, whereas, in 2009, 82.71 per cent voting was held.

Apart from this, the office of BJP candidate Samik Bhattacharya was also demolished at Dumdum Lok Sabha seat in West Bengal. Bharatiya Janata Party workers were attacked. In this, injured BJP leader Chandi Charan Rai has been admitted to the hospital. Bharatiya Janata Party leaders in West Bengal are constantly being attacked for some time now In the recent panchayat elections, Bharatiya Janata Party leaders were also attacked. For these attacks, the Bharatiya Janata Party has blamed the ruling Trinamool Congress and Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee.

Apart from this, BJP general secretary Kailash Vijayvargiya has attacked the Mamata government for the disappearance of Nodal Election Officer Arnab Rai of West Bengal's Nadia district. He tweeted, "Where did the Nodal election officer of Nadia district Ornab Rai disappear? This is a political kidnapping, a conspiracy or an accident? Whatever is there is a question in front of the West Bengal Government. '
