People started calling the child in his lap. At the same time, seeing the dead body of the deceased woman, the people trembled.
RPF Inspector Jawahar Lal, GRP Police Station Sunil Dwivedi, Station Superintendent Ashok Kumar Singh Anan-Phanan took stock of the incident on the spot. GRP has sent the body to the DMCH for postmortem. The body has not been identified yet. Neither has anything been recovered from the deceased.
After the incident, the operations of trains on the Darbhanga-Samastipur railway block was disrupted for about half an hour. Due to this, Bihar Sampark Kranti Superfast Express, which opened at 8.25 am, also opened with delay of half an hour. In connection with the incident, it is said that the Bihar Sampark Kranti train from Darbhanga station platform number one went to Delhi, that the woman jumped in front of the train with her newborn baby in front of the museum Gumti, a short distance away.
After hitting the train, the child slipped away from the woman's lap, but the child did not even get a scratch. At the same time, the woman's body was cut into two pieces by train.
