2- Put 1 teaspoon coconut oil in the vessel in which rice is being made.

3- After this, fry the rice in oil for about 1 minute.

4- Now add water and close the cooker and let it cook on a very low flame.

5- When the rice is cooked, let it cool down. After this, keep the rice in the fridge for 12 hours.

6- 12 hours, you can eat the rice when it is normal or reheating.

Sri Lankan scientists claim that by cooking rice in this way, 50%-60% of the calories present in it are reduced. This greatly reduces your risk of gaining weight. The special thing is also that it has been claimed in this research that if you eat rice cooked in this way for a long time, then it can also reduce your weight.
