The popularity of apps like TikTok, Likee, Vigo Video, and other such apps has increased rapidly and has besmirched the citizens as well as the government, and this is due to the fact that there has been a large number of inappropriate videos started to be formed.

According to the country's largest cyber law expert and senior lawyer of the Supreme Court, Pawan Duggal, the only way to stop the spread of pornography on mobile apps is to solve the issue of mediator liability.

Duggal said, "Under section 67 of the Information Technology Act 2000, if any transmission, publication or any information published or disseminated in electronic form, which is lustful or corrupts the minds of those who see this matter , Possessing or participating in reading or listening, it will be seen as a crime."

Although there is a provision for bail in this case and it is difficult to curb through it.
