Vivo is all set to launch the successor to the V11 Pro in India next month, February. Although Vivo is yet to officially reveal the launch date of the phone, The V11 Pro successor will be launching in India in the last week of February. Earlier this week a report revealed that the V11 Pro successor will come with a popup front camera very much like the Vivo NEX that launched last year. The V11 Pro successor will come with a 32MP selfie camera. So, a pop-up 32MP selfie camera it is for the V11 Pro successor.

Vivo is yet to reveal the name of the smartphone but we expect it to be the either the V13 Pro or the V15 Pro until the company plans to call it something else. With the V11 Pro successor, Vivo is all set to stir the mid-range segment in India. The company will be basically aiming to bring flagship experience to its V series which mostly serves the mid-range segment of the country. Now that it is confirmed that the V11 Pro successor will come with a pop-up camera we can also assume that the smartphone will have no notch (wide or waterdrop) and the bezels around the phone will also be slimmer than ever before.

With the V11 Pro, Vivo brought the in-display fingerprint sensor to the masses last year, and now with the phone's successor, the company is aiming to make pop-up selfie camera the new normal. Looks like Vivo basically wants the masses to experience the pop-up technology considering Vivo NEX was an expensive phone and not everyone in India could afford it. Overall, we expect the V1 Pro successor to be a much-improved version of its predecessor – a better fingerprint sensor, better camera performance, better hardware, among other things.

Vivo V11 Pro specs

As far as the specs are concerned, the V11 Pro sports a 6.41-inch Super AMOLED display with 2340x1080p resolution and an aspect ratio of 19:5:9. The Vivo phone comes with a screen-to-body-ratio of 91.27 per cent which overall offers a great video viewing experience to the users.

On the hardware front, V11 Pro is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 660 artificial intelligence engine (AIE) chipset which is further paired with 6GB RAM and 64GB storage which is expandable via microSD card. On the camera front, the V11 Pro includes dual Pixel cameras where the primary sensor is of 12MP with an aperture of f/1.8 and 1.28-micron pixels and the second sensor is of the 5MP sensor with an f/2.4 aperture which captures portrait pictures. On the front, the V11 Pro comes with a 25MP camera with an aperture of f/0.2 which sits inside the waterdrop notch display which Vivo calls Halo FullView display. The Vivo V11 Pro is backed by a 3400mAh battery with dual engine fast charging support.
