Both have also initiated to launch a fundraiser named #InThisTogether through a platform called Ketto. Under this fundraiser, Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma are currently aiming to collect Rs 7 crore to fight the coronavirus in India.
In a joint statement issued by Virat Kohli and Anushka, it has been said that this campaign named #InThisTogether will run for 7 consecutive days and the money collected from this campaign will be given to an organization called ACT Grants.
According to the statement, this organization is working closely with the government to provide all the necessary materials from oxygen supply to the needy people as a relief.
Regarding joining this campaign, Virat Kohli said, "We are going through the worst phase of the country so far and this time there is a need that people of the country come together and save the lives of more and more people.
