Child Protection Commission Chairperson Sangeeta Beniwal's unique initiative has raised hopes of a deaf and mute boy meeting his family members. A deaf and mute boy living in a juvenile home in Jodhpur was unable to explain anything about himself to anyone. Sangeeta during her meeting with the boy today showed him the photo of the Golden Temple. Seeing this photo, the boy jumped with joy. From this, it was guessed that it is a resident of Punjab. Now arrangements are being made to send the child to Punjab so that his family members can be traced there.

It won the hearts of everyone

Sangeeta Beniwal told that for some time a boy was brought to the Juvenile Correctional Home in Jodhpur. This child being deaf and deaf was unable to tell anything about himself to anyone. This boy was named Gopi here. Gopi is a very smart and disciplined child. In a short time, it won the hearts of everyone here. Gopi is always doing some work here.

Gestures to stay there

Sangeeta Beniwal said that I came to know about it while inspecting the correctional home. On this, I called him and tried to know about him. He can neither speak nor hear anything. In such a situation, I started showing him photos of different states. Seeing the Punjabi dress, he told himself with gestures to stay there. After this, I decided to send this boy Gopi to Punjab.

Now this child will be sent to Punjab along with a member of the Child Welfare Committee and the police in plain clothes. So that its parents can be easily traced there. No information has been revealed so far about how this child reached Jodhpur. The police found it while wandering in the city. After this, it was sent to the juvenile correctional home.
