India's good performance in the Tokyo Paralympic Games is also going on Saturday. Another medal has been confirmed for India on Saturday morning. Badminton player Pramod Bhagat has managed to reach the finals. The whole country is now expecting a gold medal from Pramod Bhagat.

Pramod Bhagat defeated Fujihara of Japan in straight sets in the SL3 class semifinal match of Badminton Men's Singles. Pramod Bhagat tightened his grip on the match from the very first set. He managed to win the first set 21-11. Fujihara tried to make a comeback in the second set but Pramod Bhagat continued his brilliant game to beat him 21-16.

Pramod Bhagat is the world's number one badminton player in this category. With the victory in the semi-finals, Pramod Bhagat has also proved why he is being considered a medal contender in the Paralympic Games.

With the final of Pramod Bhagat, the number of medals will increase to 14. However, India is expected to get four more medals in badminton.
