Earlier on Friday, UP police recovered the missing LLM student from Rajasthan and presented it before the Supreme Court in Delhi. Then the student said that she is scared in UP. She also said that she would not go to UP without meeting her parents. The Delhi Police had come to Shahjahanpur on the directions of the Supreme Court, from here they had gone to Delhi with the parents and siblings of the student.
The case is related to Shahjahanpur in UP. A student doing LLM (Law) from a degree college in Chinmayananda in Shahjahanpur had sought help from the government by viral video on social media threatening to kill Chinmayananda and then living in a state of disrepair. In a video uploaded on Facebook on August 24, the student told Swami Chinmayananda that she and her family were in danger of life. In this case, a case was filed against Swami Chinmayananda on kidnapping and murder of the student's father.
