The BJP has given a memorandum to Governor Kalyan Singh in protest against the atrocities on the women and the Dalits in the state. In the memorandum, the state BJP has alleged that since the formation of the Congress government in Rajasthan, law and administrative arrangements have been completely dispersed in the entire state and the culprits in entire Rajasthan are committing crimes without fear. Police administration is not acting against the criminals on the instructions of the government.
It has been alleged in the memorandum that incidents of atrocities and rape against Dalit and women, especially Dalit women have become commonplace. After the formation of the Congress government, the state BJP has attached a list of atrocities on women and the Dalits. State BJP has demanded in the memorandum that the report of the inability of the state government to be sent to the President.
