Sabarimala temple case: Cross-Examination in 10 days as per Supreme Court Orders

In the Sabarimala temple case, the Supreme Court has fixed the date of cross-examination. The court has asked to complete the cross-examination in 10 days. Solicitor General Tushar Mehta had requested the Supreme Court to fix the time limit for cross-examination. After this, the Supreme Court fixed the date of cross-examination. Bench of 9 judges will hear in Sabarimala case.

In court, SG Tushar Mehta told the court that there was a meeting of lawyers of all the parties which was inconclusive. In the last hearing, a bench of 9 judges of the Supreme Court had clearly said that it would first hear the entry of women in Sabarimala temple and other issues related to it. The petition challenging the decision to remove the provisions of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir and the petition challenging the validity of the CAA will be heard later.

Chief Justice S.A. The bench headed by Bobde had said that the issue related to the entry of women in the Sabarimala temple is quite old and hearing on it will be done first. CAA and Article 370 will be heard later.
