Earlier on Thursday also, the uproar continued in the Parliament. Due to this, the proceedings of both the houses were adjourned for the day after noon. However, amidst uproar, the Lok Sabha passed two bills without discussion. The same happened in Rajya Sabha. Work done only 4 hours in the first week

In the first week of the monsoon session, opposition parties in both houses of Parliament created ruckus over three new central agricultural laws and the Pegasus espionage case, among many other issues. Last week only on Tuesday, the Rajya Sabha could function normally for four hours, when the situation in the country due to Corona was discussed on the basis of mutual agreement between all the parties.
