1. Jat instead of Dotasara and Harish and Brahmin face instead of Raghu

In place of Govind Singh Dotasara, Harish Chaudhary and Raghu Sharma, new faces are being given a place in the cabinet. Two Jats and one Brahmin face are being given a chance. Ramlal Jat, Brijendra Singh Ola, Hemaram Chaudhary will be given a chance as Jat faces in place of Dotasara and Harish Chaudhary.

Mahesh Joshi will replace Raghu Sharma as the minister. Hemaram, Ramlal Jat and Ola have also been ministers with Gehlot in the past. Mahesh Joshi is considered very close to Gehlot and is currently the chief whip of the government.

2. Gudha will become a minister among those who come from BSP to Congress

Rajendra Singh Gudha is being made a minister of state among those who have joined the Congress from the BSP. All the six MLAs who joined the Congress from BSP were contending, but the remaining five can be satisfied by making them advisors or parliamentary secretaries to the CM.

3. In place of Master Bhanwarlal, Mamta Bhupesh, Tikaram Julie promoted, Govind new faces from the Depressed Classes

After the death of Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal, there was no Dalit cabinet minister in the Gehlot government. Govind Meghwal is being made a cabinet minister in place of Master Bhanwarlal Meghwal. Zahida from the minority community will be made a minister of state. Shakuntala Rawat as a Gurjar face is being given a place as a cabinet minister. There was every possibility of getting a chance for the Gujjar faces in terms of the internal politics of the Congress. Zahida Khan has previously been the Parliamentary Secretary.

6. Apart from Vishvendra Singh, 4 ministers from the pilot camp
