The porn movie videos were shot in India and were sent to Kenrin via We Transfer. These videos were sold with a paid subscription to other apps along with Hotspots. Kenrin is the same company that Raj Kundra co-founded with his brother. This app is not available on Google Play Store, Apple Store, or any other authentic app store. However, it can be installed on the phone with the help of an APK file. Its size is about 42MB.

As far as the content of the app is concerned, only porn content is present on it. From porn web series to porn movies are shown on it. Many features like its exclusive content, live shows, hotshots live have been given on the app. This app also has more than 1 million (10 lakh) users in the country. It is believed that the porn videos that were shot in India by Raj Kundra were brought to the people with the help of this app.

Can you watch pornography content in the country?

Now the question arises that the government has banned pornography in India, so can such content be seen. Especially with the help of some apps or websites, porn content can also be downloaded. What does the law say about this?

• In this regard, Senior Advocate of Supreme Court, Ashok Singh told that adult pornography and prostitution (prostitution) is not a crime in India, but child pornography is a crime. In this regard, the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses Act, 2012, (POCSO) has been made. Adult pornography, on the other hand, becomes a crime when someone's photos, videos, or tampering are uploaded on social media or any other platform by force, fraud, or without their permission.
• In such a situation, action will be taken on the complaint of the victim. Uploading any such content becomes part of cybercrime. In this, action will be taken under section 509 of IPC for outraging the modesty of a woman.
• The Indian government has banned about 1300 porn websites in the country, but even after this, you can access them. A user can download porn content to his phone and delete it after viewing it. No action will be taken against him regarding this. But he shows that content without the consent of any other person, forcefully, fraudulently, or by sharing it on any group, they will become a crime.
