Pakistan has Renamed POK Occupied ‘Azad Kashmir’ to “Jammu & Kashmir Administrative Services”

Pakistan is vainly trying to tamper with the current situation of its illegally occupied areas on parts of India and Afghanistan. This indicates major changes in the status quo and increasing regional tensions in the region. Pakistan has renamed the administration of its illegal occupied Kashmir (POK) from 'Azad Kashmir' to 'Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services' (JKAS). Apart from this, the work of fleeting on the Durand Line, which had a long conflict with Afghanistan on the Western Front, has been accelerated.

POK people protest against nefarious conspiracy

The people of Pakistan's illegally occupied Kashmir (POK) are opposing this nefarious plot of Imran Khan government. Nasir Aziz Khan, an activist of POK, has strongly opposed this move of Pakistan. On the plot to change the current situation in POK and Gilgit-Baltistan, Nasir said that the Imran Khan government was trying to 'illegally' merge the area into its Punjab province.

Neutral order issued on 11 December

Activist and United Kashmir People's National Party spokesman Nasir Aziz Khan gave this response on an order issued on 11 December. In an order issued by the Government of Azad Kashmir on 11 December, the name of 'Azad Jammu and Kashmir Management Group' has been changed to 'Jammu and Kashmir Administrative Services' with immediate effect. The order was issued immediately after the statement by POK's alleged Prime Minister Farooq Haider Khan in which he said that he could possibly be the last Prime Minister of POK.

Pakistan planning to merge POK with Punjab province: activist

Reacting to this, Nasir Aziz said, 'Raza Farooq Haider said that the Government of Pakistan has given a clear message to him that he is the last Prime Minister of POK. This clearly states that Pakistan is trying to illegally merge POK into Punjab province and parts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Pakistan has a similar intention regarding Gilgit-Baltistan.

Pakistan has illegally occupied the area bypassing the UN resolution

Nasir Aziz further said that Pakistan has illegally occupied these areas. He said, "Pakistan was supposed to withdraw from these areas as per the UN resolution but it did not follow the UN resolution on Jammu and Kashmir." His oppression continues in the area and he planted the seeds of communalism here.

POK is part of India

Pakistan's illegally occupied Kashmir is an integral part of India. Home Minister Amit Shah has also bluntly stated that when we talk of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh, Pakistan's illegal occupation of Kashmir is essentially included in it. Since the reorganization of the state into two union territories by temporarily withdrawing the special status granted to Jammu and Kashmir, the voice in India has started to intensify that now POK should also be merged in India in real sense.

Afghanistan also opposes Pakistan's nefarious plot

Last year, former Afghan President Hamid Karzai revealed that the United States was providing funds for the Pakistan fleet project on the Durand Line. In 1947, the British created the Durand Line by demarcating the border between Pakistan and Afghanistan, which Afghanistan has been rejecting. The Pashtun people live on either side of the 2,640 km long Durand Line. Pashtun families have also been demanding to change the status of the Durand Line.
