Opposition Should Work Fairly Without Worrying About the Numbers: PM Modi

With the selection of Dr. Virendra Kumar as Protem Speaker, the budget session of Parliament has started. Parliament session of Parliament will run until July 26 Sources reveal that on June 19, the Lok Sabha Speaker will be elected. The President will address the two Houses of Parliament on 20th. The government will present its full budget on July 5. In the Rajya Sabha, BJP leader Thawar Chand Gehlot said that opposition parties are requested to solve any problem through discussion.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said, "after the election, the session of the 17th Lok Sabha is commencing. It is a golden opportunity to introduce newcomers. I hope that the people of the opposition will try to raise the dignity of this House while giving priority to the welfare of the people by imparting unbiased numbers."

The Prime Minister said this election was full of many characteristics. After several decades, the government has given a full majority the opportunity to serve the people again. The 17th Lok Sabha, we will all go together. For us one word of the opposition is valuable. Opposition must be active in a democracy. The opposition hopes that he will play a positive role.

Apart from the central budget in the 17th Lok Sabha, the Triple Talaq bill will be the Government's first priority. The government had announced 10 ordinances for this session. There are a total of 30 meetings scheduled this session. Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman will present the Union Budget on July 5. For this, there will be a pre-budget survey on July 4. This would be a full budget because the government had earlier presented the interim budget. Meanwhile, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Prahlad Joshi has said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has guided the nation to work together. We are all trying to achieve the same.

So far, the name of Congress leader has not been decided in the Lok Sabha. Earlier, there were discussions that party president Rahul Gandhi could be the leader of the Congress in the Lok Sabha, but it is unlikely because of his stance on leaving the post of party president. Senior leader Mallikarjun Kharge, who led the party in the 16th Lok Sabha, lost this election this time. In such a situation, now the party is in search of a leader for the post of the leader in the Lok Sabha, who is able to keep his point in Hindi and English strongly with the trust of the Gandhi family.
