Today, one year has been completed for reconciliation after the revolt of the Sachin Pilot camp. The pilot camp is still awaiting resolution of the issues. A committee of three leaders was formed to reconcile the pilot camp. Even a year after the formation of the committee, neither the report nor the action is known. Even after a long time, there is increasing displeasure over the non-fulfillment of demands. Pro-Pilot MLAs and leaders want immediate action in Rajasthan on the lines of Punjab. The tension is likely to escalate further.

Pilot camp MLAs and supporters have accused his government of not being listened to and neglected. Sachin Pilot himself is silent, but his supporters are angry inside. Pilot supporters have once again raised the demand for immediate resolution of the issues settled at the time of reconciliation. Recently, Sachin Pilot had met Congress's state in-charge Ajay Maken.

In the feedback on July 28-29 in the Assembly, the pro-Pilot MLAs had given their point of view. The Sachin Pilot camp wants the entry of more than 6 pro-MLAs in the cabinet. There is also a demand for an equal share in political appointments and organizations. Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot does not agree on the sharing pattern. Because of this, the cabinet expansion is stalled. This angered the pilots. Supporters said that on the lines of Punjab, action should be taken in Rajasthan also.

Mukesh Bhaker said – We had made demands in the interest of the party, it is in the interest of the party to fulfill them soon. Pro-Pilot MLA Mukesh Bhakar said that Sachin Pilot has been working as an MLA for a year. The party should take advantage of his popularity. A year ago, the report of the committee formed to resolve our demands should come.

Accordingly, the demands should be resolved. We are all working for the strength of Congress. Delay in taking decisions only hurts the party. We want the party to come back to power in Rajasthan. In the interest of the party, we had placed our suggestions and demands before the committee. They should be completed soon. Indrajit Gurjar said – it is necessary to take timely decisions in politics, the issues placed before the committee should be resolved

Congress MLA Indraj Gurjar said that the committee was formed a year ago, now the time has come to fulfill the demands placed before it. We had raised the matter of respect for the party leaders and workers who fought while in the opposition. Suggestions were given to strengthen the party. Now is the time to take immediate action against them. Timely decisions are very important in politics, we again request the high command that they should solve the issues raised by us on the lines of Punjab.

Venugopal announced the formation of a conciliation committee on 10 August 2020

Last year on August 10, at 8 pm, Congress General Secretary KC Venugopal had issued a written statement. In which it was announced to form a committee of three leaders to reconcile Sachin Pilot, to consider the demands of him and his supporters. The then organization general secretary KC Venugopal, in-charge Ajay Maken, and Ahmed Patel were included in the conciliation committee. Ahmed Patel has passed away. Pilot supporters have put forth their demands in front of this committee, but now the demands have not been fulfilled.

MLAs were in a separate enclosure for 34 days

Angered by the functioning of CM Ashok Gehlot, Sachin Pilot along with 18 MLAs had revolted on July 11 last year. After the rebellion, for 34 days, the ministers and supporting MLAs of the government remained in barricades in hotels in Jaipur and Jaisalmer. On 10 August 2020, the Pilot along with his supporting MLAs met Priyanka Gandhi. Earlier, he had also met Rahul Gandhi. Priyanka Gandhi had a big role in the reconciliation.
