One of India’s Neighbors Wants to Create Problems: Naidu

Vice-President M Venkaiah Naidu on Monday pointed indirectly to Pakistan, saying that one of India's neighbors wants to deliberately create problems in the country, especially in Jammu and Kashmir. For this, he provides funds and training to the terrorists. However, India believes in the concept of 'Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam'.

During a meeting with 30 girl students from five schools in and around Srinagar, Naidu said that Jammu and Kashmir is an inseparable part of India and there is no question of compromising it. The Vice President said that we want to resolve the problem with the neighboring country on the issue of Pakistan Occupied Kashmir. We do not want a bad relationship with anyone, including Pakistan. We do not believe in war and want to live in peace.

Naidu also recalled Prime Minister Narendra Modi's efforts to build healthy and peaceful relations with neighboring countries. In this connection, he also referred to invite the heads of government of neighboring countries to the 2014 swearing-in ceremony. Modi also visited there four years ago at the invitation of the then Prime Minister of Pakistan Nawaz Sharif.
