A non-bailable warrant has been issued against Congress leader Renuka Chaudhary in a Fraud case. Four years ago an FIR was registered in this case in Khammam in Telangana. This Arrest warrant against Renuka was issued by the first class magistrate of Khammam district. It is alleged that Renuka Chaudhary was not cooperating with the police investigation after which the court issued a non-bailable warrant against him.

Many Congress leaders have come under target of law these days. Earlier, in the INX case, former Union Minister P. Chidambaram was taken into custody by the CBI. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) on Wednesday opposed the anticipatory bail of former Union Minister and senior Congress leader P. Chidambaram in the Supreme Court, saying that he had strong evidence of money laundering against Chidambaram. In the last Lok Sabha election, Congress had fielded Renuka Chaudhary from Khammam Lok Sabha seat in Telangana, but she lost. Chairman Venkaiah Naidu objected to his sharp laughter. According to media reports, a woman named Kalavati had complained against Renuka Chaudhary for cheating charges.
