Looks Like Uniform Civil Code will be Implemented in the Country Soon: Sanjay Raut

There has been a debate in the country on Uniform Civil Code i.e. Uniform Civil Code. Now a statement has come from Shiv Sena regarding this. Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut has said about the Uniform Civil Code, that the way the government has taken many decisions in the interest of the country in the past, it seems that the Uniform Civil Code is also implemented in the country soon. Will go.

Sanjay Raut said, 'The government has brought the Triple Talaq Bill and repealed Section 370 in Jammu and Kashmir. This is a beginning towards bringing a uniform civil code in the country. I think it will be implemented in the country soon. '

Uniform Civil Code is proposed to abolish the laws related to religious beliefs and implement a uniform law in its place. Currently, people of different religions and sects have their own personal religious laws. The Uniform Civil Code will only apply to issues such as marriage, divorce, property, succession, child adoption and alimony.

Articles 29 and 30 of the constitution ensure the right of minorities to preserve their culture, religious customs. They can run educational institutions according to their religion. You can follow your religion, customs and beliefs. While the Uniform Civil Code is seen as a threat to these rights. The Private and Civil Code is particularly different on the issue of marriage, property rights and child adoption. The All India Muslim Personal Law Board, dominated by men, did not want any change in the triple talaq case, but the Supreme Court ruled to end it and the government enacted a law against it to end centuries of misery. This Muslim organization also wants to continue the tradition of polygamy.
