For this, necessary changes are being made in the military laws. The Pakistan government has taken this step following the decision of the International Court of Justice. There is no such appeal provision in Pakistani military laws.
Cases in Pakistan which are run under military laws in military courts have no scope of appeal in civil courts. No person or organization has the right to appeal in a civil court. At present, after the decision of the International Court of Justice, Kulbhushan Jadhav can get this exemption, the process of changing the laws is going on.
Jadhav meets Indian diplomat after International court verdict
Indian diplomats met Kulbhushan Jadhav in September this year following the decision of the International Court of Justice. However, after the first meeting, Pakistan had said that Jadhav would not be granted diplomatic access for the second time. In July, the ICJ in its decision ordered diplomatic access to Jadhav without delay. Jadhav was granted diplomatic access in September, but Pakistan did not take care of normal courtesy even during this time. The place of meeting was changed at one occasion and the meeting was held at some unknown place.
