Yoga guru Baba Ramdev has withdrawn his statement on allopathic medicines, but the controversy does not seem to be over yet. On Monday, Indian Medical Association (IMA) general secretary Jayesh Lele hit back at Ramdev after a heated debate in a TV show with Baba Ramdev. Doctor Lele said that he would answer Baba Ramdev's 25 questions with documents and take action against Baba Ramdev.
In fact, Ramdev had openly targeted the Indian Medical Association and pharma companies a few days ago and asked 25 questions. To which the Indian Medical Association has responded. Doctor Lele said that his team is working on the answers to 25 questions of Ramdev. Doctor Lele also asked Baba Ramdev that he should tell how many hospitals he has opened in Corona. He do not even have a 500-bed hospital.
IMA general secretary Jayesh Lele further said that Baba Ramdev has what is the ability of Ayurveda? He is questioning allopathy, but has he studied it? Dr. Lele further said that "People are cured by eating Patanjali's coronil, why does he not publish this thing in the International Journal". Jayesh Lele told that the doctors are so busy, 747 doctors died last year, they did not even take the vaccine. Nearly 500 doctors have lost their lives in the second wave.
