Jaipur Development Authority (JDA) has taken a major action near Jahota located on Sikar Road in Jaipur. Here the enforcement team of JDA got the Bajra crop standing on 33 bighas of land vacated by running JCB and took possession of the land. It is being told that this land belongs to JDA and it was occupied and cultivated by nearby farmers. JDA had also given notice 20 days ago to vacate the land.
JDA's Chief Controller Enforcement Raghuveer Saini told that this land was vacated in Dhani Prathepura in village Jahota Tehsil Amer located on Sikar Road in Zone 12 area. No measles here. A total of 33 bighas of land of 959, 1232, 1233 is owned by JDA. Which was occupied by the tenants for a long time. To vacate the possession of this land. JDA also issued notices to the people on July 15, but despite that, they did not vacate the land. Today, when the team came to the spot, the JCB destroyed the millet cultivation on the land and took possession of the land by removing the minor constructions made there. He said that the market value of this land is around Rs 13 crore.
Possession also got vacated from the land allotted to PHED. Similarly, the JDA team has conducted Ph.D. in Narayan Vihar B Yojna near Mansarovar in Zone 8 area. Also got the possession of 1000 square yards allotted to him vacated. On this land, some people and the nearby cultivators had grown vegetables by doing boundary wall, fencing, which was removed, and the land was cleared. This land was recently allotted to the Water Health and Engineering Department (PHED) to build a water tank and open an office.
