According to a report in TechCrunch, the Instagram subscription is listed on the Apple App Store as an in-app purchase. An Instagram subscription category has also been created for this. Tipster Alessandro Paluzzi (@alex193a) tweeted about Instagram subscriptions. However, he said that Instagram is testing the subscribe button, which will appear on the creators' profiles. Content creators will also get the option to set their own subscription charges.
It is believed that only after subscription, users will be able to see the content of their favorite creators. The IG user who subscribes by paying Rs 89 will be given a badge. After which whenever you make a comment or message, this badge will appear in front of your username. So this will help identify the subscriber user. After the subscription, the creators will also be shown the details of their income and the expiry of the membership.
