The Allahabad High Court has heard the demand for protection of the daughter of BJP legislator Rajesh Mishra from Bareli and the safety of her husband Ajitesh Kumar. His court adopted a tough stand in their case and instructed the government to provide them protection. While coming out of the court, Ajitesh Kumar, some lawyers present there, also slapped two-three slaps.

Allahabad High Court has given the marriage of Bareilly MLA Rajesh Mishra's daughter and giving relief to Ajitesh, her marriage is valid. Along with that, the police has ordered the security of the couple to provide security. During the hearing the relatives of the witness were not present in the court. The court also ordered SP City of Prayagraj to reach the safe place where the girl boy would like to go.

The court asked the government to give police protection to them. Witness and Ajitesh presented the marriage records to the court. The court has accepted all the records submitted. The court refused to have a fake certificate of their marriage. Earlier, the court examined Sakshi and Ajitesh's educational certificate. The bench of Justice Siddharth Verma allowed her marriage to be valid as husband and wife while keeping her marriage valid.

Sakshi filed a petition in the court and pleaded for protection of her and her husband. The hearing was postponed till July 15 due to non-appearances in the court of witness on Thursday. The bench of Justice Siddharth Verma will hear the case. In the petition, the witness made the state government, SSP (Bareilly), SO Kent (Bareilly) and father MLA Rajesh Mishra as party. In the petition, Sakshi Mishra described life as a threat to father, brother and other family members. Simultaneously, he appealed to provide security. Sakshi's legislator father Rajesh Mishra had said that he had no problem with the marriage of Sakshi and Ajitesh, but the witness does not trust his father's statement.

Sakshi Mishra and Ajitesh Kumar had to face the wrath of the lawyers on the exit of the court. While leaving the couple's court, some lawyers assaulted Ajitesh Kumar in the court corridor. Witness daughter of BJP legislator Rajesh Mishra from Bareli and her husband Ajitesh Kumar reached Allahabad High Court demanding protection, where some people attacked Ajitesh. According to Ajitesh's counsel, some people in the High Court premises have been assaulted by Ajitesh, which has been confirmed. Ajitesh's counsel told that only Ajitesh was beaten up. It is not known who are the beating people, but it proves that the lives of both of them are in danger and hence they are demanding security. In the case of beating Ajitesh, the court summoned the police officers and asked for security. Along with this, Ajitesh was seated in Court No. 2. Ajitesh's beating lawyer, a large number of people present in High Court. Some people have beaten Ajitesh's father here too.

Bareilly police was searching for Sakshi Misra and her husband in Noida from the morning. In the evening, witness Mishra and her husband Ajitesh finally got police protection. Uttar Pradesh Police's Bareli team met witnesses from Ajitesh, Ajitesh's uncle, brother and father from Geeta Colony of Delhi.
