Gujarat CM Rupani Compared PM Modi to Vikramaditya

Gujarat Chief Minister Vijay Rupani has compared Prime Minister Narendra Modi to King Vikramaditya, known for his Wisdom, Bravery and Generosity. Rupani said that the chair that PM Modi has left is like Vikramaditya's chair. The person sitting on it becomes devoted, authentic and just to the public interest.

Rupani, who was the second time in the chair of the Chief Minister of Gujarat, addressed a function in Gandhinagar on Thursday to mark the completion of three years of the state government. Rupani said that after taking oath on August 7, 2016, he had set four scales for the government. These include transparency, sensitivity, judgment and progressiveness. He patted the Gujarat Police and said that he is also able to find criminals and terrorists from Hades. However, shortly before, Rupani also pulled up the department for corruption in the police system.

Earlier, Deputy Chief Minister Nitin Patel presented the details of the functioning of the government for three years. He said that in a three-year term, the government took about 600 decisions in the public interest. During these years, the state has been suffering from floods or droughts, but the government did not let the farmers get upset.

The issue of Article 370 overshadowed the ceremony. In the video made on the achievements of the state government for three years, PM Modi has been credited with correcting Article 370 as a mistake of former Prime Minister Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru.

Deputy Chief Minister Patel even went so far as to say that the role played by Mahatma Gandhi and Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel in nation building, incidentally, two sons of Gujarat, Narendra Modi and Amit Shah, are taking it forward. Tribute paid to former External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj at the beginning of the ceremony.
