In  Ayodhya case, a complaint has been lodged against muslim party laywer Rajiv Dhawan in Parliament Street Police Station for tearing the map in the court. The complaint given by BJP leader Abhishek Dubey said that on 16 October, during the hearing in the Supreme Court, the map of Ram temple was torn by lawyer Rajeev Dhawan, which caused chaos in the country and trying to hurt religious sentiments. Therefore action should be taken against them under appropriate sections.

It is worth mentioning that on Thursday, the Hindu Sena wrote a letter to Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi to take action against him in the Ayodhya case for tearing the map in court by the Muslim party Rajeev Dhawan.  In this letter, it has been said that Rajiv Dhawan has insulted the Hindus by tearing the map in the court, hence the action against him. Along with this, there has been a demand to withdraw the seniority of Rajiv Dhawan.

In fact, during the final hearing of the Ayodhya dispute case, the atmosphere was heated due to the tearing of pieces of documents submitted by the Muslim side to the Hindu side in the Supreme Court on Wednesday. It was presided over by a five-judge bench, headed by Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi. Justice Gogoi also reacted strongly to this. He saw that the party involved in the case is creating an atmosphere which is not conducive to hearing. He said, "We cannot continue the hearing in this way. People are standing and speaking without turn. We too can stand now and finish the proceedings of the case."

On the 40th day of the hearing, senior advocate Vikas Singh, appearing for the All India Hindu Mahasabha, submitted a pictorial identifying the disputed Lord Rama's place of birth along with a book and some documents. Senior advocate Rajiv Dhawan, appearing for the Muslim side, raised objections, saying that the document was not in the record.

Dhawan also objected to Singh's attempt to submit a book related to the case. He objected to the presentation of it in a loud voice and opposed it. The court recorded the objections of Dhawan.

Singh emphasized that the pictorial map of Sita Rasoi and Sita Kupa identifies the place, which is the birthplace of Lord Rama. Chief Justice Gogoi found that this is not a hearing-friendly environment, especially the behavior of the Muslim side. Expressing his anguish over the state of affairs within the court, the Chief Justice said, "As far as we understand, the debate is over."
