Congress to Hold a Meeting before Ayodhya Case Verdict

Congress Party is planning to have a meeting of working members of the party before Ayodhya case verdict.  According to sources, congress will plan strategy on this case before the verdict of supreme court. The Congress is fully preparing. The decision on Ayodhya can come anytime before 17 November, meanwhile the Congress Working Committee (CWC) is going to meet on 10 November.  Also in this meeting, Important political issues and economic slowdown are likely to be discussed before the upcoming winter session of Parliament starting on 18 November.

It is being said that the Interim President of the Congress, Sonia Gandhi  will preside over the meeting of the Congress Working Committee (CWC), in which the top leaders of the party will be present. The Working Committee of the Congress appointed Sonia Gandhi as the Interim head of the party on 10 August.

The Supreme Court had reserved its verdict on October 16 after completing the hearing in the ownership case on Ayodhya Ram Janmabhoomi. The decision was reserved by a five-judge bench headed by Justice Gogoi after hearing for 40 days.

The Supreme Court is hopeful that it will give its verdict in the Ayodhya dispute case by November 17 before the retirement of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi. Even though Chief Justice of India Ranjan Gogoi has 10 days left to retire.
