The oath-taking ceremony of the ministers of the cabinet has begun in Maharashtra. Nationalist Congress Party leader Nawab Malik, Congress leader Ashok Chavan sworn in as cabinet ministers. Ashok Chavan is the son of former CM of the state Shankar Rao Chavan. After Ashok Chavan, Dhananjay Munde was also sworn in as a minister. Dhananjay Munde is the nephew of BJP leader Gopinath Munde. He has also been the Chief Minister of Maharashtra.

According to the information received, Aditya Thackeray's appointment with the Shiv Sena is almost certain. Aditya Thackeray has contested for the first time and won from Worli.
