The cabinet meeting was held on Tuesday under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. Meanwhile, six proposals, including fundraising, have been approved for the construction of Purvanchal Expressway.

The main point in the Cabinet meeting chaired by CM Yogi was that the government also gave a green signal to the proposal for funding for the Purvanchal Expressway project, which gave way to the Corporation Bank to get Rs 1,000 crore to become apparent. Giving information about the decisions made by Cabinet Minister Siddhartha Nath Singh and Shrikant Sharma in the Cabinet, the Deputy Minister's spokesman said that for the construction of the Purvanchal Expressway, 12 thousand crore rupees are required. 

The government has also sanctioned bank loan of Rs 3 thousand crores for the civil works of Purvanchal Expressway. Punjab National Bank has already given Rs 7800 crore. 1000-1000 crore was taken from Bank of Baroda and Vijaya Bank. After the merger of these two banks, the cabinet also approved the further process.

The spokesperson said that the proposal to go directly to the bank accounts of the beneficiaries of the Chief Minister's housing scheme, like the Prime Minister Housing Scheme Rural, has been approved. They said that the proposal has been made regarding the transfer of PFMS Liquid State Nodal Account directly to the beneficiary's account.

Sharma said that the Cabinet has sanctioned Rs. 4599.88 lakhs for the construction of a conference hall in the Allahabad High Court. In the Cabinet, the proposal was passed for the construction of multi-level parking and attorneys' chamber in the High Court, which would cost Rs.530 crores. He said that the amendment to the provisions of section 102 and 115 of CPC has been approved. The law of reconciliation and mediation has also been changed. In this, the guarantee of 102 bonds has been increased from Rs 25,000 to Rs 50,000. Guarantees in Section 115 will now be Rs. 25 lakhs from Rs. 5 lakhs. Instead of the High Court, District Judge and Additional Judge will now hear it.

Siddharth Nath Singh said that under the 1988 printing work which was given to the government, now the printing work will be done outside the government press. The minimum turnover category of the private company should be 20 million (b) in the category of one crore and (c) should be 50 thousand in the category. Singh said that Chief Minister Housing Scheme has been stamped on the proposal of transfer of funds from the rural PFMS Liquid State Nodal Account directly to the beneficiary's account.
