The UDF MLA protested and created a ruckus against the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and the National Register of Citizens (NRC) in the Kerala Legislative Assembly. Along with this, the MLA reiterating the demand for the removal of Governor Arif Mohammad Khan. Amid the uproar in the assembly, Kerala Governor Arif Mohammad Khan escorted Marshal to the assembly. After this, UDF MLAs walked out of the House.
The dispute between the Kerala government and Governor Arif Mohammad Khan over CAA is not being named. There was a lot of uproar and protests over the CAA and NRC during the budget session of Kerala Legislative Assembly starting today.
