Two young men came to Saharanpur from Pakistan, With the mother, and these two sisters changed their names to make birth certificates, Aadhar cards, voters cards. Based on these certificates, the passport was also made. When the police questioned, the accused filed a complaint in the court. On which the complete forgery was opened. The police arrested both the accused, while two accused are absconding.

Police arrested both Hamad and Anas resident of Mohalla Matia Mahal Kotwali area who have been a Pak citizen, and they have been living in the Saharanpur in the name of making a fake birth certificate, Aadhar Card, Voter card, and also for making a passport. Both were living with their mother and two sisters in Saharanpur, only a few years after their birth.

According to police, Farhana Parvin, mother of Hamad and Anas, went to Pakistan with her brother-in-law Pakistani national Zafar at the age of ten in 1984. Where, after a few days, she got married to Pakistan's citizen, Nasir. In 1986, she got the citizenship of Pakistan, but she got divorced in 1987. After that, he came to Saharanpur on a 45-day visa. She came to Saharanpur and married to Nadeem Ahmad resident Nanota. As soon as the 45-day visa was over, he had to go to Pakistan. He went to Pakistan with Nadeem on June 2, 1987. During this time, he gave birth to three children Hamad, Anas, and Shazia. In 1992, he returned to Saharanpur with the three children along with Nadeem. During this time, he applied for citizenship of India, but his visa expired and he had to go to Pakistan again in 1998. At that time she was pregnant. When he arrived in Pakistan, he gave birth to Anam. On January 17, 2000, he came to Saharanpur with a long term visa.

Meanwhile, Nadeem applied for the grant of citizenship of India for their children, but they could not get citizenship. After that, Nadeem changed their name to their birth certificate in Saharanpur, then also made Aadhar card and Voter card. Not only that, but they also made passports based on fake certificates. After the name change, four siblings started living in the Matia palace in Saharanpur. Meanwhile, Nadeem died, but police kept investigating them. Being harassed by the police, Hamad, Anas, Sajia, and Anam, accused the police of indulging in unnecessary harassment by calling them a citizen of India. The court summoned the police officers and asked for an answer. On which the intelligence department started investigations. The investigation revealed the whole case. On which police arrested Hamad and Anas.

SSP Dinesh Kumar said that the accused have not yet received the citizenship of India. Only the citizens of the country were living in Saharanpur. The accused also showed their records in the court, but all are wrong. Both have been arrested.
