We all know that Pav Bhaji is one of the most popular vegetarian recipes in India. This Marathi recipe is made with vegetables and spices and serves with mint chutney. This is a very tasty recipe and you can easily make it at home.

Ingredients:

4 medium boiled mashed potatoes

2 medium finely chopped onions

½ cup finely chopped cauliflower

1 cup peeled green peas

3 tablespoons refined oil

3 pinch salt

8 pc Pav Bread

2 tsp garlic paste

4 cups finely chopped carrots

4 medium finely chopped tomatoes

4 cups green beans

1 Finely Green Capsicum

½ tablespoon ginger paste

2 finely chopped green chilies

25 grams of melted butter

1 medium lemon

2 tsp pav bhaji masala

For Garnish:

1 handful finely chopped coriander leaves

How to make pav bhaji recipe:

 Step 1:

To make this recipe, first boil the peas, cauliflower, carrots and beans lightly. You can also boil all these ingredients in a pressure cooker with water. After that, remove excess water from it and mash all the vegetables. Now heat the oil in a pan and add 4 onions in it. Cook slowly until golden. Now add green chili and ginger-garlic paste. Cook it for half a minute while stirring slowly. Now add pav bhaji masala and finely chopped capsicum and cook for a minute.

 Step 2:

Use only finely chopped tomatoes. If its skin is thick, then peel it and cut it. Now put tomatoes, salt in a pan and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring it continuously, until the oil separates from the spices. Add mashed peas, cauliflower, potatoes, and 2 cups of water and boil it for 10 minutes. Press it with the back of a spoon, so that all the vegetables mix well together.

 Step 3:

Now heat half the butter in a thick bottom pan. Cut the pav bread horizontally into two parts and fry it for a while by butter, keep pressing it until the pav is crispy and light brown. Garnish the bhaji with finely chopped coriander leaves and butter, and serve hot with pav.
