Ingredients:

1 ½ cup puffed rice

½ tsp chaat masala

1 pinch of salt

4 chopped green chilies

½ tsp chili powder

¼ tsp coriander powder

For Garnishing:

1 ½ cup chopped coriander

4 tablespoons Roasted Peanuts

1 piece chopped ginger

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 small cucumber

4 tablespoons pomegranate seeds

For main dish:

½ cup chopped tomatoes

½ cup boiled potatoes (peeled)

6 tablespoons green chutney

½ cup papdi

½ cup chopped onion

6 tablespoons Tamarind Chutney

½ cup Sev Namkeen

How to make Bhelpuri recipe:

 Step 1:

Bhelpuri is made in many ways but we are telling you the easiest way by which you can easily make it at home. To make Bhelpuri, firstly mix the puffed rice, tomatoes, onions and chopped potatoes in a large bowl.

 Step 2:

After this, add green chili, tamarind chutney, green chutney (made of coriander and mint), chaat masala and chili and mix well in this bowl. You can also make it more delicious by adding your favorite snacks, or vegetables. If you like spicy, you can also add black pepper powder to this mixture.

 Step 3:

Then crush the papdi in the bowl. Now add the remaining ingredients, sev namkeen and mix all of them well. Finally serve it with chopped coriander, cucumber, roasted peanuts, pomegranate, chopped pieces of ginger and lemon juice.
