Mix veg cutlet is a very tasty starter recipe that you can serve to your guests on the occasion of a kitty party. It is an appetizer starter. It has a lot of vegetables, so it is also very nutritious. You too can easily make this tasty snack at home without spending much time or effort.

Ingredients:

Cottage Cheese (Paneer) 50 grams

Onion 1 small (finely chopped)

Green bell pepper half (finely chopped)

Red bell pepper half (finely chopped)

Carrot 1 medium sized (grated)

Green chili 2 (finely chopped)

Garlic 5 buds

Ginger paste 1/4 teaspoon

Garlic paste one fourth teaspoon

Red chilli powder one third teaspoon

Turmeric one third teaspoon

Chaat Masala half teaspoon

Bread Crumbs 4 Spoon

Corn Flour 3 tablespoons

Oil 2 tablespoons

Half a teaspoon of salt

Boiled potatoes 2

Method of making Mixed Veg Cutlets:

 Step 1:

First, grate the boiled potatoes and cottage cheese in a vessel. You can also mash it if you want. Mix all the chopped vegetables in the same pot along with potato and cheese.

 Step 2:

Now add ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala and salt.

 Step 3:

Mix the mixture well and make medium-sized round cutlets with the help of your palm. Using this process, prepare all the cutlets from the mixture.

 Step 4:

Now take corn flour in a small bowl and add 2 spoons of water to it and make a thick paste.

 Step 5:

Now dip the prepared cutlets in corn flour paste and then wrap them in bread crumbs.

 Step 6:

Likewise prepare all the cutlets.

 Step 7:

Now put 2 spoons of oil in a pan. When the oil is well heated, put the cutlets one by one in the pan.

 Step 8:

Fry well on both sides until golden brown on low heat.

 Step 9:

Take out the prepared cutlets onto tissue paper or kitchen towels to remove excess oil. Serve hot with your favorite chutney or sauce.
