It is summer season and who does not like to eat ice cream and kulfi. Ramadan is also going on these days. When there is an iftar in the evening in the summer season and if you get a kulfi in the dessert, then it is enough to please anyone's heart. Today we are telling you one such easy and Yummy Kulfi recipe that you can make in minutes and serve at the iftar table.

Ingredients:

4 cups full cream milk

1/2 cup sugar

1/4 tsp saffron

½ cup almond powder

¼ cup dried rose leaves

Method of making almonds and rose kulfi:

 Step 1:

Pour milk in a pan and keep it on low heat to boil.

 Step 2:

Keep stirring the milk so that it does not stick to the pot. Allow the milk to boil until it thickens.

Step 3:

When the milk remains close to half, add almond powder and sugar to it and mix it well. Now take it off from the gas.

 Step 4:

Mix dried rose leaves and saffron in this mixture well.

 Step 5:

Allow the kulfi mixture to cool completely. After that put it in the Kulfi molds or keep it in the freezer to freeze the Kulfi batter in a small bowl.

 Step 6:

If the ice-cream is completely frozen, take it out of the freezer and de-mould it.

 Step 7:

Serve this delicious kulfi with almond flakes.
