Palak Paneer is a very famous dish in our country. It is as easy to cook as it is to eat. This dish is made in many ways. So, today we will tell you about the recipe of this delicious dish.

Servings: 3 people

Ingredients:

500 gm Palak (Spinach)

200 gm Paneer

1 tsp cumin seeds

1 tsp turmeric powder

2 green chillies

1 tsp refined oil

Asafoetida

1 finely chopped onion

1 tsp ginger

2 tsp cream or cream

1 tsp Kasuri Methi

1 finely chopped tomato

Red chili (as per taste)

1 garlic

salt to taste

1 tsp garam masala

1 tsp lemon juice

Step 1:

Before making it, clean the spinach leaves thoroughly and cut them into fine pieces. Boil the spinach in saltwater for 2 minutes. Sieve the boiled spinach in a sieve.

Step 2:

Now grind spinach, ginger, green chilies and 1 teaspoon of water in a grinder to make a paste.

Step 3:

In the kadhai, heat the refined light in a low flame, add the paneer pieces and stir them till they turn light brown. Now put these paneer pieces on a napkin paper outside so that they absorb the oil.

Step 4:

Fry the finely chopped onions in a hot oil pan until it turns light brown. After frying the onion, add tomatoes to it. Now put that paste into roasted onions and tomatoes. Now cook this mixture for a while. Add 1/3 cup of water and cook on low heat till it comes to boil. Mix this whole mixture well. After boiling, add cottage cheese and cook it for 4-5 minutes.

Step 5:

Now add Kasuri methi and lemon juice and mix. Lighten the flame and add cream to it.

Step 6:

Now Serve hot with naan or chapatti.
