4 boiled eggs
1 green onion leaf
2 green chilies
3 coriander leaves
4 teaspoons red chili powder
Half a teaspoon ginger paste
Half a teaspoon garlic paste
Half a cup of rice flour
Half a cup of cornflour
Half a teaspoon of soy sauce
Refined oil as required

The method of making Egg Manchurian:
Step 1:
First, wash and chop the onion, green chilies and green onion leaves.

After this, mix the cornflour and rice flour in one bowl, add salt and water according to need and make a batter.

After this, place the pan on medium flame and add refined oil to it. Once the oil is hot, fry the eggs one by one and take them out.
