Shawarma is a Mediterranean chicken recipe, which is a perfect snack recipe. This recipe is a unique blend of chicken, bread and spices. This easy-to-make recipe can be made instantly from the ingredients available at home. If guests come to your house suddenly and you do not have time to cook something good, then you can make this easy dish.

500g Chicken
½ cup yogurt
1 tablespoon salt
10 Chapati
2 tsp sesame paste
1 minced garlic
For marination:
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tsp virgin olive oil
½ tsp cumin powder
2 tsp curry powder
1 tablespoon salt
3 minced garlic
Step 1:
To make this recipe, first heat the grill on medium heat. Meanwhile, wash the chicken and remove excess water from the chicken pieces. When the chicken is moist, prepare to marinate it.
Step 2:
Now combine all the ingredients well for marination in a bowl. If you want, you can also add spices of your choice in this recipe. When the mixture is ready, rub it on the chicken pieces. Use your hands instead of a spoon to spread it well on the chicken.
Step 3:
To make the sauce, add salt, garlic along with curd and sesame paste and mix it well with the help of a whisker. After this, cook the chicken strips on the sink until it is completely cooked. If you like smokey flavors, you can fry the chicken till it becomes golden.

Now add layers of sauce over the Chapati. Put the pickle of vegetables on cooked chicken bread and spread it evenly. Now roll or slice it. Shawarma is ready, serve it hot with chutney and curd sauce.
