How to make veg cheeseburger:
First of all, put a pan on medium heat and heat oil in it. Add finely chopped onions, carrots and capsicum and cook for a couple of minutes.
Now add tomato ketchup and mix well. Remove the pan from the gas and boil the prepared mixture in advance and mix it with the mashed potatoes. Mix the fried ingredients well with the potatoes and after that add salt and white chili powder.
Mix all the things well and then give a shape of 4 round tikkis.
Now once again place a pan on medium heat and add butter to it. Pour the prepared tikkis into the pan and fry them on both sides for about 30 seconds till they turn golden brown.
Now place the cheese slices on top of the tikkis, cover the lid and cook again for 30 seconds or until the cheese is melted.
Now heat the burger bun a little bit and apply butter well on half of the bun.
Put the chopped cabbage on the burger bun, then put tomato slices, cucumber slices and onion slices on top.
Now put the cooked potato tikki on top of which is melted.
Sprinkle a little white pepper powder on top. You can also add the sauce of your choice if you wish.
Cover it with the second half of the bun and serve with french fries.
