US President Donald Trump has for the second time refused a second-stage trade deal with China. He said Beijing's way of dealing with the Coronavirus outbreak has severely damaged relations between the two countries. "Relations with China have been severely affected," Trump told reporters on Friday from Air Force One when asked about the trade deal. I am not thinking about it right now.

Trump administration signs first-stage

At the beginning of the year, the Trump administration signed a first-stage major trade deal after intense negotiations with China.

The US and China signed the first phase of the trade agreement earlier this year. It was believed that two years of a trade war had come to an end. However, once again the relationship between the two countries has started growing. Trump said earlier that "China has said somewhere that they want to negotiate the (trade) agreement again." We will not talk again.

Earlier, Trump had refused to  meet the Chinese President

US President Donald Trump had said earlier that he is not interested in talks with Chinese President Xi Jinping. He had also threatened to sever ties with China. In fact, the US holds China responsible for taking a formidable form of the coronavirus epidemic. He had also accused China of hiding information related to the virus. However, China rejected the allegations. Trump had refused to renegotiate the trade deal with China.

Relations between Washington and Beijing

However, relations between Washington and Beijing have steadily soured since the outbreak of Coronavirus. President Trump has been questioning the Asian superpower's way of dealing with the Covid-19 global epidemic.

There was also a dispute between China over the implementation of the new national security law in Hong Kong, restrictions on American journalists, treatment of Uygar Muslims, and security measures in Tibet. Trump said, "Relations with China have deteriorated a lot. They could have prevented the epidemic but they did not stop it. They could have prevented this epidemic from going elsewhere, but they did not.
