Kachiguda railway station of South Central Railway (SCR) collided between Lingampalli-Falaknuma and Kurnool City-Secunderabad Hundari Express. In the collision of the two trains, 3 coaches of Lingampalli-Falaknuma and 4 coaches of Hundari Express derailed. More than 20 people have been injured in this accident, who have been sent to the nearest hospital for treatment.
Kachiguda railway station is located within the city of Hyderabad. Many major trains pass through here. The route of several trains has been diverted after the accident.
