Tomato Paneer Recipe Ingredients:
Two and a half onions
Salt as required
4 tablespoons butter
3 cups tomato puree
One and a half teaspoon ginger paste
400 grams cottage cheese
Black pepper as required
4 green chillies
One and a half teaspoon garlic paste
How to make tomato Paneer recipe:
Step 1:
First, cut the paneer into small pieces and keep it aside. Finely chop the coriander. Likewise, chop onion and green chilies and keep them separately.
Step 2:
Take boiling water in a big bowl and add salt to it, add chopped Paneer and after 10 minutes, Take out the paneer from the water. This will make the paneer soft.
Step 3:
Now place a pan on medium heat and add butter to it. Add onion and green chilies and fry till it becomes light brown.
Step 4:
Add the tomato puree and cook on low heat until the mixture thickens. Now add ginger-garlic paste and cover and cook for 10 minutes.
Step 5:
Add pepper and salt and cook for 2-3 minutes. Now add the paneer pieces and mix and cook for a while. After serving add chopped coriander.
