To Live Long Life, then Make the Distance from the Phone

Smartphones

are an important part of our lives. But the use of its extent is not only making you lonely but also reducing your age.

If you do not stay far away from the mobile and think of reducing this habit after more use, then start today. It has been revealed from many proofs that the amount of time we spend on our smartphones is affecting our sleep, self-steam, relationship, commitment, alertness, creativity, productivity problem and the ability to make decisions.

Along with this, one of the major reasons for reducing the use of smartphones is that your age is decreasing due to excessive use. Actually, the smartphone enhances our body's stress-raising hormone i.e. the cortisol increases. Cortisol is harmful to our health and also reduces our life.

The biochemical effects of the phone's dishes are centered on dopamine. This is to add chemical habit and increase addiction. Many experts believe that due to Dopamine we are becoming addicted to the phone, and due to the phone, it is more dangerous to increase our cortisol.

Cortisol is a hormone that protects us from sudden triggers in the body such as blood pressure, heart rate or blood sugar increase. But our body releases cortisol even in stressful situations like when you see the phone to check the mail of angry bosses. Professor David Greenfield explains that if the phone is around you or you hear its voice, then your cortisol level increases.

Even if this happens, you may feel good for a while, but in the long run, its consequences can be fatal. Whenever you check the phone, the person giving some stresses is waiting for you, this increases your cortisol, then you do some checks and then your mind does the phone to check. This keeps cycling, continuously increasing the cortisol level. And with a continuous increase of the cortisol level, there may be problems like depression, obesity, metabolic syndrome, type 2 diabetes, fertility issues, high blood pressure, heart attack, dementia, and stroke.
