Tik Tok App Banned By Madras High Court

The tick-talk app may be shocked by the Madras High Court. The Tik TOK app, which is fast becoming famous among children, youth and the elderly, has instructed the Madras High Court to ban it. The Madras High Court said that the objectionable content is being promoted on the app. The government should put a ban on this app.

On this, TiK TOK said in his statement that Tik TOK is committed to keeping local laws and regulations. He is following the rules of IT Rules 2011. The company said that it is still awaiting the official order of the High Court Company. Once the order is received, the company will review it and take appropriate steps in this direction. Creating a safe and positive environment in the app is the first priority.

During the hearing on the petition filed against the app, the Madras High Court said that children who are using TiK TOK can easily come in contact with sex predators. The court said that using a tick talk due to objectionable content is not free from danger.

Users can create and share shares with their small videos in Chinese Made Bytead's app. It has become quite popular even in India. Users make videos on Bollywood's dialogues, jokes, songs through the app. Not only that, from lip-sync to popular songs and music, dance also.

In February, Tamil Nadu IT Minister M Manikandan had said that some content on the app is quite 'unbearable'. In February, BJP's IT cell chief Amit Malviya had said that the party saw some tick-talk videos and told that the platform was quite creative.
