Narayan Police Station arrested three accused including accountant in the case of cheating 14 lakhs of PVR cinema. 12.40 lakhs have been recovered from their possession. The accused have been identified as Amrik Singh resident of Vishnu Garden, his partner Vishnu Garden Extension resident Amrik Singh alias Lakki and Amit Singh resident of Chandra Vihar. The accused who came to deposit cash as being a fake employee of the company went missing after taking Rs 14 lakh.

District Police Commissioner Monika Bharadwaj said that on April 30, the manager of Narayana PVR Cinema had complained in the police station. He told that a private company has the task of depositing the cinema cash in Axis Bank. On April 30, a person named Lakshman came as a company employee and went by taking 14 lakh rupees to deposit. The accused also showed the company's identity card. After some time, the real employee of the company, Rahul Dixit, came for the money, then the case of fraud was detected. The police got involved in the investigation of the case. During the police investigation, the police investigated the footage of CCTV cameras installed in PVR. The police also questioned accountant Amrik Singh, a resident of Vishnu Garden, who had given the money to the accused. The police arrested the accountant after a technical examination. The accused told that he had planned all this with the companions. Amit Singh came to PVR Cinema to take cash. The entire money was kept at the residence of Amrik Singh alias Lakki at Vishnu Garden Extension.
