Some people do not do yoga because they feel that yoga is very difficult or they will not be able to do it. Yoga is the science of living properly and hence it should be included in daily life. It works on all aspects of our life, physical, mental, emotional, spiritual.
Some people start yogasana with some Yoga Poses which are a bit difficult and provide difficulty in getting started, due to which they leave Yoga. While doing yoga, we have to do some asanas and sometimes have to take deep breaths. These actions activate our parasympathetic nervous system, which causes our body and mind to relax. During yoga, tension starts to go away from the body while muscles start to relax.
This is the easiest yogasana that all people can do. First of all, stand straight and keep a distance between the two legs. After that slowly turn downwards to form a V like Shape. Make a little second between both hands and feet. While breathing, pull your waist backward with the help of your feet. Do not bend your legs and arms. By doing this, the back of your body, arms, and legs will get a good stretch. Take a long breath and stay in this yogasana pose for some delay. This asana helps in developing core strength in the body. Its practice may seem easy at first glance. But with regular breathing and exhalation, it is necessary to keep the spine straight.
To do this, stand upright. Make a gap in the legs. Try to keep the left hand very straight while keeping the right hand on the ground. Wait 30 seconds in this state. Continue to try with the right hand also.
Shavasana gives tremendous rest to not only the body but also the mind. Hard workouts usually include stretching, twisting, contracting, and earthing of muscles. Just 5-10 minutes of practicing Savasana gives energy to the entire body. A lot of neuromuscular information reaches the nervous system of the body through yoga
